Returns & Exchanges
If you believe there is a problem with your gear that is not caused by normal wear and more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us at customer service and we will be happy to assist you.
- Before returning any merchandise to AntiGravityGear you must contact our customer service department via email to email@example.com, or by calling 910-794-3308 to receive a Return Authorization # (RA#).
- To be eligible for a refund the item must be in re-sellable condition. If used and found defective, we will exchange or repair the item at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.
- We cannot accept returns on food or unsealed liquids such as soap and water treatments.
- Any items returned to us without an RA# will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Please write the RA# on the outside of the box where it can be easily seen.
All returns must be accompanied by your receipt. Items must be carefully packed and return shipping charges prepaid via insured USPS Parcel Post or surface carrier. Sorry but we cannot accept C.O.D. returns and all such returns will be refused. Along with the receipt, send a note describing the problem. Include the RA#, order number, name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order.
