We are dedicated to providing economic, quick, and reliable shipping options to our customers. Based on our experience we have chosen USPS Priority Mail to be our standard shipping method for both Domestic and International shipping. For our domestic customers we also offer UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air service.

How much will shipping cost for my order?
For the shipping methods we offer rates vary depending on the weight of the box and the distance to the destination. All packages originate from our office located in Wilmington, NC. For domestic orders using our standard USPS Priority Mail option the shipping cost starts at around $6 and goes up from there. For International orders the shipping rates start at around $25 US and go up. In general UPS shipping is more expensive and takes longer to arrive at the destination.
The best way to get an accurate shipping rate quote is to begin the order process on our website. Add all the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. Enter the billing and shipping addresses in the appropriate fields and continue to the next step. Please note that if you choose UPS delivery, they will not deliver to Post Office boxes. The Pocket Profile Elevation Profile Map is an awesome product that combines a guide book with a trail map and an elevation profile and puts them all together in a light weight, water proof, tear resistant format. The Pocket Profiles are printed on durable water proof tear resistant material. Side 1 contains the full color trail map. Side 2 features the elevation profile and trail data. Each map is 3.9 in wide and 17 in long, and did we mention that they only weigh 4 grams!

How well do the pot cozies work?
Our pot cozies are made of 97% efficient reflective insulation and are amazingly affective. Bring your water to a boil on the stove. Then take the pot off the stove, place it in the pot cozy, put on the cozy lid and then walk away (Not too far though we wouldn't want a furry woodland creature to help themselves.) Typically we recommend adding 5 - 10 minutes of time in the cozy to the simmer or cook time of a meal. So if your meal is supposed to simmer for 10 minutes, bring it to a boil then take it off the stove, put it in the cozy, and let it sit in the cozy for 15-20 minutes; then give it a taste. Be careful though because even after sitting for 20 minutes your food will still be too hot to eat!

How do I pack my pot cozy in my pack?
Everyone has their own style of packing and space limitations in their pack, but we typically recommend carrying your pot cozy with your cook pot packed inside. Fold in the handles of your pot against the sides and then slip the pot inside the cozy. It's that simple!
