Warranty, Returns, Shipping and Privacy Policy
OUR GUARANTEE
First of all, THANK YOU for trusting AntiGravityGear enough to honor us with your purchase! Your satisfaction with dependable gear is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within the guidelines of our returns and exchange policy.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Before returning any merchandise to AntiGravityGear you must contact our customer service department via email or by calling 910-794-3308, to receive a Return Authorization # (RA#).
- To be eligible for a refund the item must be in re-sellable condition. If used and found defective, we will exchange or repair the item at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.
- We cannot accept returns on food or unsealed liquids such as soap and water treatments.
- Any items returned to us without an RA# will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Please write the RA# on the outside of the box where it can be easily seen.
All returns must be accompanied by your receipt. Items must be carefully packed and return shipping charges prepaid via insured USPS Parcel Post or surface carrier. Sorry but we can not accept C.O.D. returns and all such returns will be refused. Along with the receipt, send a note describing the problem. Include the RA#, order number, name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Returns are to be sent to:

If you believe there is a problem with your gear that is not caused by normal wear and more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us at customerservice and we will be happy to assist you.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship as quickly as we can, Monday thru Friday, and almost always within 24 hours. If you have questions about the status of your order, please contact us at customerservice or 910-794-3308. Our preferred method of shipping is via USPS Priority Mail but other methods of shipping are available on request.
PRIVACY POLICY
AntiGravityGear, LLC is very careful to protect your privacy. The only non-direct response email we generate is our newsletter and we maintain a strict "no-spam" policy. This means that you must sign up for our newsletter in order to receive it and you will never receive 3rd party advertisements or unsolicited mailings as a result of your subscription. When you sign up for our e-newsletter, you can be assured that your e-mail address and any information submitted will be protected. We will never sell, distribute, or allow anyone outside of AntiGravityGear to use your personal information in any way other than YOU intended it to be used. Period.
