The 2 included pot cozies help you save fuel by insulating your food after you remove it from the stove.  The retained heat inside the cozy will actually continue to cook or rehydrate your food with no additional fuel usage and keep it piping hot while you prepare a hot drink or until you are ready to eat.  The included clamp handle provides a comfortable and secure grip on hot pots and, because it is not attached to the pot, will not get hot like some integrated handles.
